David P. Case

Since joining the firm in 2002, David Case has focused his practice on matters related to real estate litigation: New York Mortgage Foreclosure, Contested Litigation, Evictions, and Creditors’ Rights Bankruptcy.
David is a recurring lecturer in Continuing Legal Education courses for lawyers, at industry conferences and individual client
David earned his B.A. (Political Science) from SUNY Geneseo; he is a member of the SUNY Geneseo Political Science Advisory Cabinet and the 1871 Leadership Society. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from SUNY Buffalo School of Law. While in law school, David served on the Executive Committee of the Buffalo Moot Court Board. He also received the Robert J. Connelly Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and the Laidlaw Law Alumni Association Award for Excellence in the area of Commercial Law.
David is admitted in the Courts of the States of New York and Vermont, all four Federal District Courts in the State of New York, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Outside of his professional life, Dave is a devoted husband, father, and active member of the church where his family
